Qualification Criteria:

1) Full time Management Masters Degree from a recognised  University. Preferred specialisation in Retail/Marketing Management.

2) Aggregate marks in MBA to be 60% or more.

3) Experience: 0 to 4 years of Post Qualification Managerial experience in Retail / Sales from a leading organisation. Less than one-year experience will be considered as “zero” experience.

4) Age     : Shall not exceed 28 years as on 24th January 2023

Candidates need not send any hard copy of the online application.  As part of selection process, there will be Written Test, Interview and Medical Test. Though the minimum educational qualification requirement is specified as 60% marks in MBA, company may fix a higher Cut off mark as criteria for shortlisting if the number of candidates meeting the minimum requirement exceeds the desirable limit.

Candidates shortlisted for Interview are invariably required to submit duly signed hardcopy of the application along with self-attested copies of relevant testimonials and certificates at the time of Interview.
 
Those satisfying the age criteria and possessing the Qualification Criteria as specified above, will only be considered as eligible.  During certificate verification, if any of the data submitted through online by the candidate is found to be false or incorrect, they shall be disqualified and will not be permitted to attend Interview and also will be debarred from participating any future recruitments of the company.

CDRSL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof, at its discretion.

Selected candidates will be offered a consolidated pay of Rs.40,000/- per month during the training period. One year of training for candidates with 0 experience (Less than 1 year experience). After successful completion of training, he/she will undergo probation. During the probation period a consolidated pay of Rs. 50,000/- per month will be offered. Probation period is normally for one year. Period of training not required for candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience.  In such cases, the selected candidates will start with their probation period. On successful completion of probation, he/she will be absorbed as Junior Manager in the scale of pay Rs. 38,500-3%-1,06,000 and the remuneration package will include Basic Pay, Industrial DA, HRA, and other Allowances. However allowances will be having a 50% fixed component and balance 50% will be linked to their sale targets/deliverables assigned to their scope of activities. The approximate CTC to the selected candidates on the regular scale will be Rs. 85,000 per month.   Training/Probation period is liable to be extended at the discretion of the management.

CDRSL is a continuously operating entity functioning round the clock in three shifts with shift timings, 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm & 10 pm to 6 am. The shift timings may also undergo changes in the future. Selected candidates shall be required to work on any shift as assigned by the Company. They may be posted on any duty/assignment as deemed fit by the Company and shall carry out the duties as assigned. The posts notified are in the category of officers of CDRSL. Hence they may be made available for attending duties at any point of time.  CDRSL is presently operating in the essential service of Airport and employees are likely to be called for duty at any time depending upon the exigencies of work.

The character and antecedent verification process will be carried out through Police Clearance Certificate from Superintendent of Police or Commissioner of Police concerned as the case may be. The same should be submitted by the candidate at the time of joining

They will be required to undergo and qualify the mandatory training programmes and tests and other prescribed courses applicable to the personnel engaged in Airport Operations, as decided by the management from time to time. They will also have to acquire all the certifications, clearances including Police Clearance Certificates as per various statutes and as required by the Company as well as Government/ Statutory agencies from time to time.

Selected candidates may be posted in any of the Departments of the CDRSL.  They are liable to be transferred/deputed to any department/branch/unit/subsidiary/joint venture of the CDRSL as the case may be or posted to any unit/ branch/project location/ subsidiary/joint venture currently in existence or to be formed in future that may be located anywhere in India or abroad.
